I’d like to introduce you to Linkedin Tracking. Linkedin Tracking is a tool which allows you to track all the marketing efforts on your LinkedIn profile. The service then allows you to analyze and track the results of your various marketing campaigns. I’m going to walk you through the steps to add Linkedin Tracking to your ClickFunnels account. Once you’ve done that, you can start using the tool to its full potential.

Step 1: Create a LinkedIn Account

The first thing you need to do is create a LinkedIn account if you don’t have one yet. You can find the link at the top of your page once you’re logged in. Next, you need to decide what type of content you’re going to distribute. Are you going to focus on your industry, experience, or specific skills? Once you’ve decided on this, you can then decide what type of content you’re going to promote.

Step 2: Login to Linkedin

Now that you’ve created a LinkedIn account, you can login to the platform and start distributing your content.

You’ll need to decide which of your connections on LinkedIn you’re going to use to connect with potential customers. You can’t promote content to people who aren’t connected to you. Luckily, you can connect with anyone on LinkedIn if you know their email address. So, don’t worry about not having any connections. Sign up for a free LinkedIn account now.

Step 3: Create a Marketing Profile

Now that you’ve logged in to Linkedin, you need to create a marketing profile. A marketing profile is where you track all the different campaigns you’re participating in on the platform. You can find this under the main header of your profile. You can use this section to track all the different actions you’re taking on the platform.

To create a marketing profile, you need to do the following:

  • From your LinkedIn account, navigate to the main header of your profile.
  • Click on the “+” icon in the top right-hand corner of your profile.
  • Choose “Marketing” from the drop-down menu.
  • Then, enter a name for your marketing profile. Make sure you use a name that will catch the attention of LinkedIn users. If you use your company name, it will also appear in your company’s LinkedIn company page.
  • Choose whether you want to receive emails or texts about LinkedIn events and offers.
  • Click on the “Create Marketing Profile” button.

Step 4: Distribute Content

Once you’ve created a marketing profile, you can start distributing your content. Just make sure you’re following the correct format as instructed on the website. You can find more information here. Now, you can click on the “Content” menu and begin distributing your industry knowledge via articles, videos, and more.

Step 5: Use the Analytics

Under the main header of your profile, you’ll see a section called “Statistics and Analytics.” This is where you can find all the analytics for your marketing content. You can use these analytics to find the type of content your audience likes most and doesn’t like at all. If you notice any errors, you can click on the “+” next to the “Content” menu and contact the LinkedIn support team. Once you’ve used the analytics to your liking, you can click on the “View Report” button to see a summary of your content.

Step 6: Customize Your Page

Each LinkedIn profile looks a little different. So, you need to customize your page to fit these attributes:

  • Header
  • Background image
  • Footer
  • Display buttons to the right
  • Display buttons to the left

It’s important to remember that the more you customize your LinkedIn page, the more work it will require. Make sure you’re comfortable with the additional workload before proceeding.

Step 7: Use Linkedin’s Advanced Features

To fully utilize your LinkedIn account, you need to take advantage of its advanced features. These are the features that most LinkedIn users don’t even know exist. Just remember that if you use these features, you’re responsible for knowing what you’re doing. So, make sure you’ve got a tech-savvy friend nearby to help you if you’ve got any questions.

Step 8: Analyze the Results

Once you’ve used all the tools available to you on the platform, it’s time to analyze the results. Under the main header of your profile, you’ll see a section called “Activity.” Here, you can find all the different actions taken by LinkedIn users on your behalf. Just keep in mind that this section is updated weekly, so make sure you check back often.

You can use this section to track the different activities on the platform. For example, if you track the number of times your blog posts are shared, you can then analyze the results of your various blog post ideas. Or, if you notice your YouTube videos are getting a lot of views, you can create a new video using a similar topic with more depth.

You’ll also see a graph at the top of this section. This graph illustrates the growth of your account. You can find this under the main header of your profile.

This area is especially important if you have a business account. Under the “Account” menu, you’ll see a drop-down menu. Choose your business and then click on the “+” to view your account activity.

Adding a LinkedIn account to your marketing plan is pretty straightforward. You can then use that account to find and connect with potential customers. Once you’ve done that, you can then use the platform’s various features to your advantage.
