If you decide to go with Clickfunnels, it’s important to understand how to cancel your account. At the end of this article, you’ll find a short video that walks you through the process. Even if you decide not to purchase a subscription, you can still use the simple cancellation instructions below to log out of your account.

Cancel From Within The App

The first step is to log into your account, and then click on the gear button in the top right corner. After that, choose Settings from the drop-down menu.

In the Settings menu, you’ll find a link to “Cancel Subscription.” When you click on it, you’ll go through a brief enrollment process to confirm that you want to cancel your account.

Cancel From Your Email

You can also send an email to support@clickfunnels.com, with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. One of the members of our support team will review your request, and either approve or deny it.

If you decide to continue using the service, they’ll send you an email confirming your decision. At this point, you can close the account and log out of your website.
