Create An Account With Clickfunnels

To get started, simply visit the Clickfunnels homepage and click on the big blue button that says “Create An Account”. You’ll then be routed to a new page that walks you through the steps to complete the registration process. Once you’ve confirmed your email address, you can come back and click on the link that’s been sent to you via email.

During the registration process, you’ll be prompted to choose a username and a password. For the purpose of this tutorial, we’ll call the site “bloggerbloggerslife.com”. You can use this password for the next step as well.

Login To Your Account

Once you’ve logged in, you have access to a dashboard that displays a handful of useful links and modules. The first thing you should do is go to the “Tools” tab at the top of the dashboard. Here, you’ll find various tools that can help you with various stages of your funnel creation. For the purpose of this tutorial, we’ll use the Marketing Planner tool. This tool will help you plan out an entire marketing campaign, using multiple online platforms and channels.

The next step is to choose the type of content that you’ll be distributing. For the purpose of this tutorial, we’ll go with a blog post. Once you’ve selected “Blog Post”, you have the option to choose a topic for your post. We’ll go with “How to Add a New Group Through Clickfunnels” as our topic. You can then choose the type of content you’d like to distribute, along with the frequency (how often you’ll post).

Make A Plan For Your Blog Post

You now have a plan for your blog post. The next step is to make notes of everything you need to include in your blog post. This will include the resources you need to back up your claims and the overall goal you hope to achieve with your post. Brainstorm ideas for your post and make notes of things you need to include in your blog post. Once you have a draft of your post, go through it again and make sure you have everything you need. If you decide to add a video to your post, you’ll want to make sure that the video is of good quality.

Choose A Theme For Your Sales Page

The next step is to choose a theme for your sales page. The best part about this step is that you don’t have to worry about layout and design. Simply find a template that you like, make sure it’s mobile-friendly and that you have everything you need to fill out the form. We’ll go with the “Blogger’s Life – Sales Page” template, since we already had a blog post idea for this particular topic. Once you’ve chosen a theme, you can start adding content to your sales page. You can add more blog posts, include a video, add an FAQ section or do all of those things. The choice is yours. Let’s add some content to our sales page.

Add Your Product To The Sales Page

The next step is to add your product to the sales page. Similar to what we did with the theme, you don’t have to worry about design. Simply find a template that has a rack or section for each product and add your product there. Make sure the design is mobile-friendly.

Customize Your Sales Page With The Design Tools

You have complete control over the look and feel of your sales page with the tools built in to Clickfunnels. If you need to, you can change the color, style and even the content of your page. To do this, simply visit the page and click on the three lines or icons at the top of your page. A menu will then appear with different design elements you can use to style your page.

As you can see in the above image, we have the ability to change the overall look and feel of our page. We can change the background, colors, menu and even the text on our page.

Fill Out The Forms On Your Sales Page

The last step is to fill out the forms on your sales page. You have full control over these forms and can make them look however you want. Simply visit the page and click on the three lines or icons at the top of your page. Once again, a menu will appear with different options you can use to style your forms.

As you can see in the above image, we have access to a massive library of pre-made forms. Similar to what we did with the background and text, we’ll go through each of these pre-made forms and add in the information relevant to our niche. In the example above, we’re adding this blog post to a sales page, so we’ll enter the title, summary and some keywords in the appropriate fields.

You can use this same process to create a lead magnet, download guide, white paper or any other type of downloadable content and use it to attract and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
