Keep in mind that if the customer is paying with a credit card, you will need to collect their card information in a safe and secure manner.
Step four: Test the new order page
Now that you have everything set up, it’s time to put it to the test. Using a tool like Google Analytics, or a similar program, you can track the performance of your new order page and determine whether or not it was a success. With these kinds of testing tools, it’s incredibly easy to compare the results of one page to another. For example, if you are using Google Analytics and you have set up an order page for a product in the past, but you decide to test a new variation of that same order page, you can compare the results to the old page to see how the new page performed. This is a great way to test different elements of a web page and ensure that they work together smoothly. When using a content management system like WordPress, it’s also very easy to make minor changes to a page and see how the results impact conversion.
