Finally, and most importantly, you need to have a business email to create an online presence. If you’re reading this and thinking that you don’t have a business email, then I have some sad news for you. There are simply too many examples of how important it is to have a business email. Even if you have a gmail account, you can use tools like freemail, Active Email, or any of the other email marketing tools out there to quickly set one up. Once you have a business email, you can then use that to set up a custom email address for any of your social media platforms. You can then use that wherever you want; whenever someone emails you, you’ll have a way to get back to them.

How Does ClickFunnels Override Contact Information

While we were discussing the importance of having a business email, I should probably also tell you about ClickFunnels. If you’ve been following along so far, then you know that I already have a small business using ClickFunnels and I’m very happy with the results. If you’re looking to do the same, then I highly recommend giving it a try. With a little bit of work, you can have an efficient and effective way to engage with customers and grow your business.

Let’s take a look at how ClickFunnels handles the process of overriding contact information. When first entering your contact information, you’ll need to pick your preferred method of contact. The default is email but you can also choose from phone calls, postal mail, and even social media.

After you’ve made that decision, you can then click the button to begin the process. In the next step, you’ll need to choose one of the four ways to import contact information. You can either import the contacts from a JPG, PDF, DOC, or XLS file. If you decide to enter the contacts manually, then you can begin to type in the email addresses and phone numbers of your chosen customers. You’ll then need to choose a name for the contact. If you have a small business, then you might want to consider using your email address as the contact name. This makes it much easier for customers to find you. It’s also much easier to find people with the same exact email address; it saves you the trouble of having to look for the contact name every time you want to email that person.

Once you’ve reached the end of the contacts and are ready to begin setting up automation, you’ll see a message confirming your changes. If you want to confirm that email addresses and phone numbers have been updated, then you can either click the button to begin using the contacts or you can manually check off the changes as desired. If you decide that you no longer wish to use the contacts or if you want to go back and edit any of the entries, then you can click the trashcan icon next to the contacts to remove them from the list.
