So you’ve decided to give ClickFunnels a try. Great! But now what? You can’t just jump into using the tool and not think about how you want to use it. Sure, you can use the free version for getting started, but that won’t give you all the functionality you need. Thankfully, the button to download ALL contacts from ClickFunnels is right here. Let’s see how to use it.

Step One: Create An Account

The first step is to create an account with ClickFunnels. This is pretty straightforward, and it only takes a couple of minutes. When you create your account, you’ll be asked to enter a valid email address. Then, you’ll receive a confirmation email from ClickFunnels. Keep this email and use it as your login.

After you log in, you’ll see a dashboard with all the information you need to get started. From here, you can choose between two different plans: Basic and Pro. You can also find your account settings under the My Account button at the top right corner of the page.

Step Two: Add A Contact

After you log in, you’ll see a button in the top right corner that says Add Contact. Once you click on it, you’ll be taken to a form where you can begin adding contacts or companies to your list. Enter the email address of the contact you’d like to add and choose whether you want to add them as an employer or as a customer. You can’t add contacts that are already in your address book.

When you click Add, the contact will be added to your list. You can continue entering new contacts, or you can click on the icon to the left of the entry field to refresh your list.

Step Three: Export Your Contacts

The next step is to export your contacts. This is so you can get all of the information you need from your address book in one place. Once you’ve entered all the contacts you want to export, simply click on the button next to the word Export. A pop-up window will appear with all the details you need to submit. Make sure you include all the contacts and, if you’re exporting to Excel, make sure to fill in the entire first column. Then, click on the Save button to continue.

Now that you know how to download all contacts from ClickFunnels, think of all the different ways you can use that information. You can create a simple work list or contact database that you can use to keep track of all the things you need to do. Or, if you’re an accountant, you can use the data to enter all the contacts into your account. Just remember, you can’t edit the contacts once submitted, so use this feature wisely.
