This is going to be a quick tutorial on how to connect Google Forms with Clickfunnels. We’ll cover everything from setting up a new connection to integrating the two platforms altogether. So let’s get started.
Set Up A New Connection
To get started, click on the Add New Connection button in the top right corner of your Google account. You’ll then see a list of all your connections from different services and websites. Simply click on the + icon next to the Google Form connection to add it to your list.
Next, you’ll be prompted to select a workspace, which is going to determine the dashboard that you use to manage your connection. To make it simple, we’re just going to use the “HootSuite” workspace. Once you make that selection, you’ll see a list of all the different apps and websites that you can connect to using HootSuite. From there, simply click on the Google Forms button to add it to your list.
When you’re done adding connections, click on the Save Changes button at the top right corner of your screen. You can now return to your dashboard where you’ll see a listing of all your connections.
Integrate Google Forms With Clickfunnels
With your Google Forms connection set up, it’s time to integrate the platform with Clickfunnels. To do this, navigate to your Settings tab in the top right corner of your screen. As you can see in the image below, there are a few different options here that you can use to configure your Google Forms and Clickfunnels integration.
The first thing you’re going to want to do is create a short-hand for your Google Forms. To do this, simply click on the “+” icon and add a new field. You can call this field whatever you like, but we’ll use the words “short-hand” and “Zapier username” to describe this new field.
Once you’ve added this new field, you’ll see three dots next to it. These dots allow you to connect this field to an app or a webpage. Simply click on the three dots next to the newly added field and choose Google Forms from the list. Doing this will connect the short-hand field on your Google Form to a “Sign up with Zapier” button on your website.
When a person fills out your Google Form and hits the Subscribe button, they will be brought over to your website, where they’ll see the “Zapier username” field. Simply enter your unique Zapier username in that field and click on the Save Changes button. Doing this will connect the Google Form to your Clickfunnels account. When someone clicks on the “Sign up with Zapier” button on your website, they will be brought over to your Clickfunnels account, where they’ll see all the details for your new account.
You can then click on the Save Changes button in the upper right corner of your screen to confirm the changes.
Use The Google Forms Short-Hand
After you’ve connected Google Forms to your Clickfunnels account, you can click on the Google Forms button in the top right corner of your dashboard. Doing this will bring you back to your form, where you can see all the submissions from your previous form submissions. You can then use the short-hand field that you created to complete any new forms that you have set up in the future.
To test this out, click on the New button in the top right corner of your Google account. You’ll then see a quick form that you can fill out to prove the power of this short-hand field. To connect this form to your Clickfunnels account, simply use your unique Zapier username and Password to log in. Once you’re logged in, click on the blue button in the top right corner to continue.
On the next screen, you’ll see a short-hand field where you can put in your email address. Simply type in your email address and hit the Blue Checkmark button to continue.
Once you’ve filled out the form, you can click on the Send Feedback button at the top right corner of your screen. Doing this will allow you to see if your email address is even available or if the person who entered it accidentally filled out a form in another tab.
Get Your Short-Hand From The Friendliest Place
While you’re looking at the form, you can see that there’s a friendly reminder that you can get your short-hand from the “HootSuite” dashboard. To get your short-hand from the HootSuite dashboard, click on the HootSuite button in the top right corner of your dashboard. Doing this will bring you to the navigation menu for your account. Next, click on the short-hand link to get to the form.
From there, you can see all the different sites and apps that you can connect to using your short-hand.
