If you’re reading this, I assume you’re either an affiliate marketer or you know one; if not, then maybe it’s time to consider becoming one. You see, when it comes to affiliate marketing, there’s more than one way to skin a cat. That is, unless you’re referring to the expression “Be careful what you wish for” as the activity in question.

The point being: there’s a right way to do affiliate marketing and a wrong way. The wrong way is to clickbait with untruthful advertisements or engage in practices that would make a dog blush.

While there are certainly individuals who fall into the wrong category of affiliate marketing, there are also many, many others who do it right. And, if you’re reading this, then you’re probably one of those individuals. Congratulations!

Now, if we could just get the techicals out of the way, we could talk about how to transfer members from ClickFunnels to Kajabi.

Why Would You Want to Transfer To Kajabi?

As you may have guessed, I’m a huge fan of ClickFunnels. In fact, I’ve written a whole book about it (which, ironically, I’m also proud to announce is now available for pre-order!).

If you’re unfamiliar, ClickFunnels is an affiliate marketing platform that was created by Russell Brunson and grew to become one of the most well-known and respected companies in the industry. They specialize in building affiliate marketing and sales funnels for other businesses. For example, let’s say you’re the owner of a construction company and you want to find ways to attract more customers. You could use ClickFunnels to build a sales funnel that would attract new customers to your website.

To continue, let’s say that you found a way to attract 1,000 new customers to your website per month. Now, you can use the affiliate marketing platform to get commission payments from those customers. For every action (e.g., click or fill out a form) a person completes on your site, you earn a commission.

So, in essence, if a person clicks a link or completes an action (e.g., enters their email address) on your site, you earn money. Pretty cool, right?

Additionally, if you’re new to affiliate marketing or want to dive deeper into the subject matter, then I highly recommend checking out the Affiliate Marketing Success Handbook, which is available for pre-order (as well). You get all of this and more when you pre-order now!

Now, regarding why you might want to transfer members from ClickFunnels to Kajabi…

There are a variety of reasons why you might want to do this. The most obvious one is that Kajabi offers all the features that ClickFunnels provides and then some.

For instance, if you’ve built your business selling and promoting products online, then you know that you need a way to track sales and engagement (i.e., click-throughs and purchases). Kajabi has a built-in analytics tool that can track all of this for you, as well as offer you insights into how customers are interacting with your content.

On the customer side, Kajabi provides all the usual means of contacting a business but then also allows individuals to leave reviews, rate your product or service, and tell you what other users think about it. This is extremely helpful when building trust and credibility with your audience.

The Technical Aspects Of Mapping Your Funnel

Now that we’ve gotten the soft aspects out of the way, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty of transferring members from ClickFunnels to Kajabi. If you’re feeling somewhat intimidated, do not worry – this is actually a rather easy process and, once you get going, it will become second nature to you.

To begin, you will need to download the mapping software from ClickFunnels. Then, on the website that you wish to import the members from, you will need to click on the gear icon at the top right of the page and select the Import option.

This will bring you to the Import wizard, where you can choose to map out all the data or just some of it. If you decide to go the extra mile (which you should), then you can enter a custom email notification once the import is complete.

To continue, you’ll need to ensure that the import is actually successful. You can do this by going back to your imported website and checking the Overview section. If you are notified that there was a problem, then you’ll need to fix it before you can move forward.

Now that your site is mapped out in the mapping software from ClickFunnels, you can click the Edit button, which will then take you to the Edit web page.

Here, you can enter the website’s live URL and click on the Launch button to go live with your new site. Now, when a member visits this website, they will actually be brought over to your imported site, where they will see all the content and features that you’ve added.

Additionally, you can click the gear icon at the top right of your edited site’s Overview page and select the option to import members. This will enable you to import members from your edited site to other, untested sites that you’ve created in the past.

How to Add A Squeeze Page to Your Affiliate Marketing Funnel

Adding a squeeze page to your affiliate marketing funnel is one of the simplest yet most effective ways of increasing the conversion rate of your leads and members. A squeeze page is simply a one-page website that you can build on any hosting service that you choose. Its purpose is to capture the contact details of your subscribers and turn them into paying customers. It should be noted that a squeeze page does not necessarily have to have a call to action (e.g., “Submit your email address to receive exclusive deals”), but it typically does.

To add a squeeze page to your affiliate marketing funnel, go to your preferred website builder and click on the gear icon at the top right of the page. Then, select the Squeeze Page option.

This will bring you to the Squeeze Page wizard, where you can give it a name and upload a design that you’ve created.

You should also have an opt-in box (or a sign-up form) at the very least so that you can start collecting email addresses. If you decide to add a squeeze page to your affiliate marketing funnel, then you can also enter a URL that will take the visitor to the home page of your site.

Once you’ve added the page, tested it, and confirmed that it is working as you intended, then you can delete it from your affiliate marketing funnel. If you decide to add more than one squeeze page to your affiliate marketing funnel, then make sure that you test them all and confirm that each one is working as you intended it to before you launch them.

Adding Other Websites To Your Affiliate Marketing Funnel

If you’ve been following along so far, then you probably realize that we’ve been talking about adding a single website to your affiliate marketing funnel. But, in reality, you can add an entire network of websites to your affiliate marketing funnel, as long as each one is linked to the others. This is called a referral network and can be a powerful tool for generating revenue.

To add a referral network of websites to your affiliate marketing funnel, go to your website builder of choice and click on the gear icon at the top right of the page. Then, select the Affiliate Program option.

This will bring you to the Affiliate Program sign-up page. From here, you can enter a website name and the niche that you’ll be focusing on to build your referral network. Additionally, you can enter a display name and a description of your affiliate program.

So, let’s say that your focus is on health and fitness. You can enter “fitness blog network” as the website’s name and the “Top 5 Workouts For Beginners” as its description. Then, you’ll need to confirm your details and click on the Create Program button.

This will bring you to your newly-created affiliate program which, again, you can add more than one of to your website (if you’ve got more than one niche). You can now start entering your affiliate links, which will be seen by anyone who visits the page. To make money off these visitors, simply follow the same steps as before.
