Have you ever seen a Facebook page with beautiful, immersive, 360-degree videos, slick pop-ups, and carefully selected thumbnail images?

If so, you’ve probably already determined that this is the type of content that you want to provide for your audience. These are the types of graphics that keep people engaged and help them understand and remember your content.

To accomplish this, you need to integrate several features into your landing page design. Luckily, with the right tool, this can be easily done. If you use ClickFunnels, adding a map to your page is as simple as uploading a few images and entering a few words of description.

Add The Map Icon to Your Landing Page

Before you begin, it’s important to note that the map icon will only appear at the top of the page, so adjust your design accordingly. To add the map icon, navigate to the top of your page in your web browser. You’ll see four squares with a white background and yellow text. These are the corners of a square; in each one you’ll see the name of a city. Above the text is a little map that you can drag to move around the page.

On the left side of the square, you’ll see a set of icons next to the word <Menu>. Hover your mouse over this, and you’ll see a small popup menu. The icon for maps is at the top of this menu. Click this icon to add the map to your page.

You’ll see a small bar at the top of the screen, along with an arrow in the corner. This is your page’s navigation bar. To add a map, click the Add Map button at the top of the bar. You’ll see a new set of navigation icons appear along with the map. You can use these icons to navigate to other pages on your site, or you can add more pages directly from here.

Once you have your map on your page, you can style it with just a few simple clicks. To add a background image to your map, simply click on the Background tab along the top of the icon. You can choose from a small number of beautiful, pre-designed images. To adjust the size of your map, click on the Size tab at the top of the icon, and select the size that you desire. You can also add a custom logo to the map for added brand recognition.

Make The Map Visible

After you’ve added your map, it’s important that everyone can see it. To accomplish this, you can place it on top of other content, or you can use an occluded-layout design where part of the page is hidden until the visitor scrolls down.

When designing your page in the interior editor, consider where you are going to place your map. If you want to use other content, such as the case with a white background, put your map on top to ensure that it is easily visible. Alternatively, you can design your page with an occluded layout where only a portion of the page can be seen until the user scrolls down. This is a fantastic way to add additional information about your topic without taking up too much space.

To add more functionality to your map and increase your conversion rates, consider using Google Maps. With this tool, you can add locations, amenities, and even push notifications to display when a user hovers their mouse over a certain area on the map.

Use The Interactive Tools To Your Advantage

Maps aren’t just pictures of cities; they can be interactive elements that allow the user to do more of your marketing. For example, you can allow the user to explore your location or to find local businesses through a search bar.

Consider using the Google Maps JavaScript API to create an interactive map that can be explored by visitors to your site. With this API, you can add a Google search bar at the top of your map. When you click the Search button, the map will fill with markers that can be clicked on to see more information.

Similarly, you can incorporate other popular APIs such as jQuery, Bootstrap, or Leaflet to create interactive maps for your site. With these APIs, you can create an interactive map that’s as simple or as complex as you want it to be. In addition, you can create a pop-up window that’s revealed once the user clicks on a marker on the map or searches for a business within your vicinity.

While we can’t guarantee that any of these elements will increase your conversion rates, we can say with certainty that they will make your life as a marketer a little bit easier. For that reason, we highly recommend giving it a try.
