How Does the Slack Integration Work?

To do this, you’ll need to navigate to your Settings page in your ClickFunnels account – not your Slack account. Once there, you’ll see a section called Integrations. ClickFunnels has integrated with Slack, so all you need to do is add your Slack API token here. The token can be accessed within the Slack app on your phone.
This is how you add an integration with Slack. Once you’ve done that, you can click the Save button at the top of the page to continue to the next step.
Now that you have the integration set up with Slack, it’s time to test it. To do this, navigate to your Settings page within your ClickFunnels account – again, not your Slack account – and click the Chat icon towards the top right.
You’ll see a screen that looks similar to the one below. On the left, you’ll see the various channels available to you within Slack, while on the right you’ll see your connected accounts, message history, and more.
As you can see, the Slack integration within ClickFunnels is very convenient for customers to reach out to you directly from within the app.
You can see above that the integration gives you the option to create a new channel for your brand, as well as the option to join a pre-existing channel. If you have a customer support or sales team, you can have them join the channel and begin helping customers directly from within the app.
If you decide that the integration isn’t the right fit for your business, you can simply click the close button at the top right of the screen to return to your Settings page. You can also delete your integration with Slack by clicking on the Trash Can icon at the top right of the screen.
